The Human Presence

Advantage Project

You are confirmed.
The inquiry begins now.

Something shifts when a person decides their own presence is worth paying attention to.

You have just made that decision. The field notes will begin arriving shortly — letters written for leaders who are done outsourcing their thinking and ready to trust what they actually know.

While you are here, a note from the field.

Case Note

045

What's the one thing most leaders get wrong about building long-term success?

The most consistent pattern across the leaders who struggle to sustain what they have built is this: they optimized for results in seasons that were asking for roots. They moved toward visible output and measurable progress at moments when the more important work was invisible, relational, foundational — the kind that does not show up on a dashboard for months or years. The leaders who last are not necessarily the most talented or the most driven. They are the ones who knew which season they were in, and had the patience and the discernment to do the right kind of work for that season even when it was unrewarded in the short term.

Something else worth knowing

The Daily IGNITE call

Every day a room of leaders, founders, and coaches gathers to think out loud about what it actually means to lead well right now. The field notes you will receive begin as conversations in that room. If you find yourself wishing there were a place where this thinking happens live, in real time, with real people doing the same work you are, that place exists.
